Fish Smoke House

Being the only Provincial Fish Processing Plant in the Terrace area, we are able to handle your catch with the utmost professionalism. We have been cold smoking salmon for over 23 years, and have perfected the recipe used to cold smoke your catch.


If cold smoked salmon is not to your liking our staff can gut, fillet, steak, vacuum pack and freeze your fish for you, for easier transportation home.

Our smoke house is open to the public as well, so if you are in the Terrace area and would like to have your catch cold smoked or just processed and vacuum packed we are able to do this for you at our facility.
